Chairman & CEO of Trinity Templar Holdings

Jim is Chairman & CEO of Trinity Templar Holdings Corporation which owns and operates Trinity-Templar Corporation and Templar Capital Trade Corporation.  He works directly with clients on business strategy, M&A strategy, and deal execution. Jim has over 30 years of hands-on experience working with CEOs, boards of directors, attorneys, regulators, bankers and auditors in executing global acquisitions, divestitures and business growth strategies.

Jim has extensive experience in intellectual property, trade, M&A, global turnaround situations and complex global corporate restructurings in a wide variety of manufacturing, service, consulting, and distribution industry settings.  He has an extensive legal background and has led complex deal negotiations around the world.

Prior to founding Trinity-Templar, Jim was founder and CEO of two business consulting firms that provided strategic guidance, operational execution and corporate development support to a diverse roster of international clients.  Previously, Jim held senior business strategy and business unit leadership positions with Flextronics and Borg Warner, respectively.

Jim earned a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.  He went on to obtain two Master of Laws (LL. M) degrees – in intellectual property from The John Marshall Law School and in international law, business, trade and tax law from Stetson University College of Law.  He graduated with a BA from Miami University.
